Downlights are a simple and stylish way to light up any space within your home or business. PENDANTS

Pendants make the difference in any space by turning an existing or needed light into a feature or focal point. Pendants are most commonly added into kitchens over island benches, entrances or over dining tables. They can also be added into powder rooms, bedrooms or any other place that you choose. Pendants are generally chosen by the client as a preference of style, but can be supplied and/or installed by Fleming & Sons Electrical.

FAN LIGHTS

Ceiling fans are perfect for rooms without air conditioning, but can also provide the added benefit of lighting. In smaller rooms such as bedrooms or offices, sometimes all that is needed is a ceiling fan with a light rather than additional lighting such as downlights. There are a large variety of fan lights with different looks and options, which we can supply and install for you. Let us know your preferences and we can send through some options.

LED STRIPPING

LED stripping is a more about aesthetics in a certain space, and provides some extra feature lighting. Some places that strip lighting has been installed by FAS is under cabinetry in the kitchen, under bench seats, in bathrooms and in corporate areas. LED strip lighting is perfect way to give a space something extra.

BATHROOM HEATER LIGHTS

Bathroom heater lights are perfect in the cooler months and make a obvious difference in the temperature. Heater lights can be built in with the downlights and exhaust fan and is an easy way to make winter a little more comfortable. With them becoming more slimline and simple, they are a must have in every bathroom.
