UPFRONT PRICING
We quote our jobs where possible and charge by the job and not by the hour. This would be after a site visit where required, and any changes will be discussed before carried out.
The only exception to this rule would be tasks such as fault finding which would only be an estimate of time needed.
48 HOUR QUOTING
We endeavour to have quotes returned to you within 48 business hours. Some may be able to determined via discussion, others by photos and some may require a site visit. This 48 hours commences once our team has everything they need to give you the most accurate quote possible.
NO CREDIT CARD FEES
Payment can be made by direct transfer or by credit card. We carry the fees for the credit card payment so there are no additional charges to you. Stripe is the platform used and payments can be made over the phone or online.

LICENSED SERVICES
All services performed by Fleming & Sons Electrical are done so by licensed and insured electricians and air conditioner installers, ensuring you a high quality job from start to finish and peace of mind throughout.
CLEANLINESS
We promise to always clean up after ourselves and leave things the way they are found. We even remove any rubbish that is created by us while on site including the removal of old appliances and air conditioning units.
WARRANTY
Our installations are covered by a 12 month warranty and products that are supplied by us are under a 6 month warranty along with the manufacturers in- home warranty. Any issues once the work is complete, let us know and we will be back to fix it straight away.
ON TIME ARRIVAL
Our customers are given a window for arrival and we will notify you when we are on our way. Any issues or delays, we will always be in contact. If we are running late and don't let you know, dinner will be on us by way of a food service voucher.
NOTIFICATIONS AND REMINDERS
We send booking confirmations via text or email when your job is scheduled in, as well as 24 hour job reminders the day prior. Our techs also let you know when they are on the way so you can be prepared and know exactly when to expect us.
